Yearbook and the Online Servicer Locator

Members of NESDA have access to the unique opportunity to have their business contact information listed in both the ProService Yearbook and the NESDA online service locator (corporate members are also listed but in another section).

In order to be sure we have the most current contact information, each member of NESDA should complete the form below so we can update our database. If we don’t receive a verification from you, we will use the information we now have on file, which may be incomplete. If you have visited this page before to advise of changed information, you will notice that several new fields have been added. Please take the time to complete the form so we will have accurate, complete information. NOTE: Your information on our website does not update immediately; it may be a few days, as a real human being compares the new information you submit against what we already have to be sure the info is still correct. If we have questions about what you have submitted, we will reply by e-mail to verify. Also, if you have joined NESDA on a 30-day trial, your listing will not appear online until you are out of the trial period.

Please also remember that your web listing may be viewed by the consumer public and as such, you will want to be sure that everything in your listing presents your business in the most positive, professional way possible.

There are two ways to provide a link to your location. Please choose one.

Method 1: Visit http://www.mapquest.com. A new window should open in your browser. Locate the "Search For" box on the left side of the page, enter the street address, city, state and ZIP code for your service center in the boxes and click "Get Map." The map to your location should appear to the right side of your browser window. Just above the map on the right you should see a gray box with the words "Link/Embed". Click on that box and you should see the URL to the map underneath. Copy and paste this URL in the box below.

Method 2: Visit http://maps.google.com. Type your street address, city, state, and ZIP code for your service center into the box toward the top of the page and click "Get Directions". Just to the right you should see a small gray box with a link icon. Click on this box and copy the first link into the box below. If you wish you may click the checkbox that says "Short URL" and use that link.

You may close the extra browser window. This map will be provided via a link in your locator listing. If you are unable to do this, leave the space blank and we will retrieve the map link for you.

Additional information that doesn't fit elsewhere. This will show in an additional area in the NESDA Servicer Locator at http://www.TVRepairPros.com. Could include days and hours of operation, a few descriptive words about your company, etc. (limited to 255 characters)
